RingaNam!™ is a South African kasi slang comprised of two words: "Ringa" means "Speak" or "Talk", and "Nam" comes from "Nami" from Nguni languages meaning "Me". Together, it represents the essence of personal communication and connection.

- All messages, media, and MyDay stories are your responsibility
- MyDay stories automatically delete after 24 hours
- We respect your privacy but may need to access content for legal compliance
- You retain ownership of your content but grant us license to operate the service
- Location data is only shared when you explicitly choose to share it

4. Service Availability

RingaNam!™ is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

- Your communication data is stored securely
- We do not sell your personal information
- You can delete your account and data at any time
