Open the RingaNam!™ App
Launch the RingaNam!™ application on your device.
Navigate to Settings
Tap on the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar, then tap the Settings icon (gear icon) in the top right corner of the header.
Scroll to Account Management
Scroll down to the "Account Management" section at the bottom of the Settings page.
Request Account Deletion
Tap on the red "Delete My Account" button.
Confirm Deletion
Read the confirmation message carefully, review what will be deleted, and tap "Yes, Delete My Account Permanently" to confirm.
When you delete your RingaNam!™ account, the following data will be permanently deleted immediately:
Profile Information
Nickname, bio, profile picture, age verification
Messages
All sent and received messages
Contacts
All contacts and connection requests
Groups
All group chats you created
MyDay Stories
All your status updates and stories
Media Files
All images, videos, and audio files shared
Activity Data
Typing indicators, read receipts, last seen
Settings
Your preferences and account settings
Immediate Deletion
All your data is deleted immediately upon account deletion. There is no grace period or data retention period.
Backup Copies
Backup copies on our servers are deleted within 30 days as part of our routine backup maintenance.
Messages Sent to Others
Messages you sent to other users remain visible to them, but will show as sent by "[Deleted Account]" instead of your name. Recipients can still delete these messages from their own conversations.
